合同会社 慣人's（以下「当社」）は、GPB市場調査ツール（以下「本サービス」）において、 ユーザーの個人情報およびGoogleビジネスプロフィールデータを適切に取り扱うため、 以下のプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

2. 取得する情報

本サービスでは、以下の情報を取得します：

• Googleアカウント認証（OAuth 2.0）を通じて取得するアクセストークン
• Googleビジネスプロフィール（GBP）のアカウント情報・店舗情報
• 店舗名・住所・電話番号・ウェブサイトURL・営業時間等のビジネス情報
• 本サービスへのログインに使用するメールアドレス・パスワード（ハッシュ化して保存）

3. 情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的のみに使用します：

• 本サービス内でのGoogleビジネスプロフィール情報の表示・管理
• 商圏分析・市場調査機能の提供
• サービスの改善・不具合対応

4. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供・開示・売却しません：

• ユーザーご本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合

5. Google APIの利用について

本サービスはGoogle Business Profile API（My Business Account Management API・ My Business Business Information API）を利用してGBP情報を取得します。 取得したデータはサービス提供の目的のみに使用し、 Googleのサービスから取得したデータを他のデータと組み合わせて第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

6. データの保存・管理

• 認証トークンはサーバーセッション内にのみ保存し、セッション終了時に破棄します
• GBPから取得したビジネス情報は永続的にデータベースへ保存しません
• ログイン情報はハッシュ化した上で当社管理のデータベースに保存します

7. データの削除

アカウントの削除およびデータの消去をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 速やかに対応いたします。

8. セキュリティ

当社は、取得した情報の漏洩・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、 適切なセキュリティ対策を講じます。 ただし、インターネット上の完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に伴い、 本ポリシーを予告なく変更する場合があります。 変更後のポリシーは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

5. Use of Google APIs

The Service uses the Google Business Profile API (My Business Account Management API and My Business Business Information API) to retrieve GBP data. 6. Data Storage

• Authentication tokens are stored only in server sessions and discarded upon session termination
• Business information retrieved from GBP is not persistently stored in our database
• Login credentials are stored in our managed database in hashed form

To request account deletion or data erasure, please contact us at the address below. We will respond promptly.

8. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of your information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time due to legal changes or service updates. The updated policy takes effect upon publication on this page.
